Spike Ale II was kegged. It tasted just like Spike Ale I. Estery. I can't win. Other than that it is good. I've emailed some famous homebrewers for assistance. We will see what they say.
The stout is still in the fermenter. The gravity is now 1.028 which is huge. I really did mess that by mashing too high I guess. It will have a lot of body and be very sweet. But other than that it seems good. I'm just beginning to detect the vanilla in it.
